Trustpilot is great but on the free account you either have to log into their system and manually send service review requests or set up a script that automatically sends your trustpilot service rereview request x days after the order is made. These requests are sent to all your customers.

With our Trustpilot plug in for Zen Cart you simply add your Trustpilot link in admin and the request button will be shown in the orders summary listing. Just click the button on each transaction that you would like to request a service review for.
